Arts United has volunteer opportunities for everyone - all ages and abilities! These events all require volunteers: The Dan Vesey Art Show held in March of each year. This show celebrates National Youth Arts Month by presenting a gallery show of student art from student artists of all ages in the Puyallup School district. Daffodil Festival Grand Parade, held in April of each year travels through four cities. VAU has traditionally decorated a 1978 VW Bug as it's contribution to this community event. Help is welcome on the eve of the parade as well as on parade day! Art at the Market takes place at the Puyallup Farmer's Market held in Pioneer Park Pavilion each weekend from May until October. Volunteers are needed to provide art making for children of all ages. Art and Wine Walk VAU partners with Puyallup Main Street Association to bring this popular event to downtown Puyallup twice a year. Local artists are featured in PMSA businesses. Volunteers are needed to assist with many different aspects of the event. Meeker Days, held in June is a Puyallup festival complete with music, crafts, food and fun! Sponsored by Puyallup Main Street Association VAU provides art tent with activities for children. Jr/Sr High School Art Show is held each fall at the Western Washington Fair.
